All of our pieces are handmade, this means that orders may take up to 2 weeks
 to make and ship out if we do not have it in stock.
If your order is time sensitive,
please email us at mail@badshannon.com before purchasing to ensure that we
can have it for you in time.
If there is a piece you want in a different metal and it is not on the website, you
may place a custom order.


Returns & Repairs:

Online Return Policy:
If you are not fully satisfied with your online purchase, contact us
by email at mail@badshannon.com  to obtain a Return Authorization Number and address and return the item(s) and a copy of your receipt within 14 days from the date shipped to
you for a refund.  (No exchange or refund will be obtained without a Return
Authorization Number.)

There is no return on custom orders.
In Store Returns:   In store purchases may be returned with in 14 days of sale for exchange or store credit only.

Repair Policy:
If your jewelry is in need of repair within sixm onths of purchase, based
onnormal usage, contact us by email at mail@badshannon.com to receive a Repair Authorization Number and address youcan send it to. Please send the item along with
your receipt, explanation of what needs to be done and an address where we can ship it
back. Charges may apply and you will be notified at the time thejewelry is assessed
and prior to the beginning of repair.


For your protection, please send all returns and repairs purchased from our web site via
UPS
or insured Parcel Post.
